1. Who we are

Demo Club is a private members’ cannabis collective operating in South Africa under the Cannabis for Private Purposes Act 7 of 2024. Membership is restricted to verified adults (18+). The operating legal entity is Demo Club (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026/000000/07, of 14 Kestrel Street, 8001.

2. Membership & club constitution

This is a private members’ collective, not a public retailer and not a medical service. Members share in the collective’s costs and receive an allocation of the collective’s produce. Members must complete age and identity verification and accept these terms before ordering.

3. Privacy (Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA))

We process members’ personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We collect only what is needed to operate the club (identity/age verification, orders, communications). We do not sell personal information. Requests and complaints go to the Information Officer at privacy@demoklub.example.
